To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. To arrange a return please email admin@radacat.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Annex Products will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.

US orders are sent out locally to ensure the speediest delivery!

Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located and vary depending on the shipping method selected. All orders are processed within one business day. If you place an order on Friday, it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the express or overnight shipping option. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days. 

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. Radacat is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.
