Smart Parking
With next-generation artificial intelligence, our technology monitors parking spaces and sends notifications about suspicious activities such as theft behaviors and vandalism in a real-time fashion. A network of sensors and cameras obtain data about parking availabilities.
Smart Building
Our technology collects big data about the habits and motion of the occupants of the building. Save electricity costs by selectively turning on air conditioning and lights only when the area is in use, and monitor safety and security without the need for patrols by security guards. Ever get annoyed by having to manage IC cards or keys? Ever have to give temporary access to contractors or janitors? With our smart access controls, you never have to handle physical keys or cards. Access can be granted remotely, and all entries by each person are logged into the record. All in one App and no need to keep an entire management team.
